Data & Business Analyst

The role is embedded in the core project team and works closely with the Project Manager, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather data, analyze insights, and support solution design and strategic decision-making. The project requires strong collaboration with both business and technical teams to translate data and technical findings into clear business recommendations and reporting for senior stakeholders.    Responsibilities you'll have • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather data from various systems, databases, spreadsheets, and external sources • Prepare and facilitate workshops, including defining materials, inputs, and expected outputs • Support solution design activities together with SMEs and project stakeholders • Perform data collection, preprocessing, and data quality validation to ensure accuracy and consistency • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies • Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings • Translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations for the project team and stakeholders • Support cost case preparation and stakeholder reporting • Work closely with the project manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business and technical areas    Expected competences and knowledge • Strong understanding of IT concepts including software systems, infrastructure, networking, and security • Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or consulting roles within IT projects • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams • Ability to facilitate workshops and support solution discussions with SMEs • Experience preparing reports and presentations for management and project stakeholders • Understanding of business continuity management concepts is an advantage   Technologies you'll work with • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft PowerPoint • Microsoft Office / Windows environment • Data sources from enterprise systems and databases • Data visualization and reporting tools (Excel-based reporting)    Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
