Opis stanowiska
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Dynamics 365 Sales topics. - Capture, analyze, and document business requirements related to sales processes (lead & opportunity management, account/contact handling, pipeline reporting, etc.). - Support the design and optimization of sales processes within Dynamics 365 Sales. - Contribute to the configuration and testing of solutions, working with internal/external implementation teams. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to support Customer Insights Journeys use cases and data alignment. - Prepare and conduct user workshops, trainings, and testing sessions. - Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications. - Monitor CRM usage, gather feedback, and support continuous improvements. - Ensure alignment with CRM governance and data quality standards.
