Educational background
• Relevant master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in data, analytics, computer science, engineering, information systems, business or a related field.
• Leadership, strategy, finance or transformation education is an advantage.
Relevant experience
• Considerable senior leadership experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, enterprise data platforms or a related domain.
• Proven experience leading through leaders and developing international teams, capabilities and operating models.
• Experience translating data and analytics strategy into roadmaps, portfolios and sustainable delivery.
• Practical experience with modern data ecosystems, including Databricks, SAP BDC, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Power Platform, SAP S/4HANA and AI enablement.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, risks and complex cross-functional dependencies.
Specific Requirements
• Strong executive presence, judgement and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to lead through others, empower teams and hold the organisation accountable for outcomes.
• Technologically credible, commercially aware and comfortable challenging assumptions and trade-offs.
• Proactive, self-reliant and able to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex problems.
• Fluent written and spoken English and willing to travel internationally as required.

Zakres obowiązków:
The Data Analytics Director leads Danish Crown’s Data Analytics area (Enabling Services Delivery) and is accountable for delivery excellence across data platforms, business intelligence, reporting, advanced analytics, automation and related capabilities.
Working in a service-oriented model, the Director leads through leaders and builds the organisation, capacity, governance and ways of working required for reliable delivery. The role is a key contributor to vision, strategy, roadmaps, architecture and technology decisions, translating agreed priorities into executable plans and sustainable outcomes.
The Director works confidently with senior business and IT stakeholders, contributes actively to the Business Solutions leadership agenda and develops a high-performing international organisation based on trust, accountability, empowerment and continuous learning.
Strong knowledge of modern data and analytics technologies is required, including Databricks, SAP Business Data Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Power BI, Power Platform, SAP S/4HANA-related data ecosystems and AI technologies.
Areas of responisibilty
Delivery & Service Performance
• Own delivery performance, quality, reliability, service health and continuous improvement across Data Analytics.
• Translate agreed strategies and roadmaps into prioritised delivery plans with clear ownership, capacity, dependencies and outcomes.
• Ensure solutions can be delivered and operated sustainably, with appropriate controls, documentation and lifecycle management.
Leadership & Capability
• Lead through other leaders, setting clear direction, expectations and accountability across teams and partners.
• Build the required leadership, competencies, capacity, succession and sourcing model for current and future demand.
Stakeholders, Technology & Transformation
• Contribute delivery and technology perspectives to vision, strategy, prioritisation, architecture and investment decisions with Service Owners, IT Business Partners and Enterprise Architects.
• Maintain credibility across the core data and analytics technology landscape and manage dependencies with SAP S/4HANA, Data Governance, Master Data, Infrastructure and the AI Centre of Excellence.
Business & Financial Management
• Own the area’s financial and operational performance, including budgets, forecasts, vendors, capacity economics and delivery commitments.
• Contribute to the wider Business Solutions management, transformation and cross-area agenda.
Specific Tasks
Plan & Deliver
• Run an effective delivery rhythm covering priorities, milestones, capacity, quality, service performance, risks, financials and decisions.
• Monitor outcomes, intervene early, remove roadblocks and ensure corrective actions are owned and completed.
Lead & Develop
• Coach and empower managers and senior specialists, while building succession, talent and critical capabilities.
• Plan the workforce and sourcing mix across employees, consultants and vendors, balancing capability, cost, resilience and knowledge retention.
Collaborate & Improve
• Align demand, priorities, commitments and lifecycle needs with Service Owners and relevant stakeholders.
• Use KPIs and root-cause analysis to improve performance, simplify delivery and resolve recurring issues.
• Provide clear executive updates and represent Data Analytics in Business Solutions and Global IT forums.
