Nasze wymagania:
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, finance systems, business analysis, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience managing projects, stakeholders, and organizational change.
Fluent English and Polish.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Finance Consultant to support and improve finance-related business processes and systems within an international organization.
Zakres obowiązków:
Gather and analyze business requirements from finance and other stakeholders.
Translate business needs into system and process improvements.
Configure and support ERP solutions, with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to evaluate and implement solutions.
Lead projects, workshops, and change management initiatives.
Prepare documentation, business cases, risk assessments, and status updates.
Provide user training, coaching, and ongoing support.
Act as a subject matter expert for finance-related ERP systems and business processes.
Drive continuous process optimization and standardization.
