Expert Data Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our data-driven organization and support development teams. This role combines deep analytical thinking with a strong understanding of data structures, business processes, and modern data platforms. Requirements Must-have experience and competencies: • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in data analysis, business requirements gathering, and problem solving • Familiarity with relational database design, querying, and performance optimization • Hands-on experience with Big Data ecosystems and technologies such as: Hadoop, Hive, Impala, pySpark, HQL • Working knowledge of JSON and AVRO data formats • Understanding of and experience working with canonical data models or other standardized data modeling approaches • Ability to translate business and technical needs into structured requirements and documentation • Programming experience in at least one of the following: Python, R, Java • Experience with tools like JIRA and Bitbucket for task management and version control • Experience collaborating with developers, IT analysts, and architects in agile teams Additional valued skills: • Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional, virtual teams • Proactive, structured, and quality-oriented approach • Experience in requirement refinement and data validation processes • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
