Wymagania: - University degree (Master's preferred) in Economics, IT, or a related field. - Strong understanding of process workflows involving data and document processing. - Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies. - Good programming skills in Python & GCP - Intellectual curiosity with the ability to analyze complex topics in depth. - Experience in process efficiency, optimization, and data processing automation (an advantage). - Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry (a plus). - Strong team player with excellent communication and customer orientation skills. - Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written). Zakres obowiązków: - Provide operational support for trading, origination, and portfolio management activities. - Coordinate tasks across teams, including Key Accounts, Risk, Accounting, and Trading Infrastructure Management. - Ensure smooth execution of trades, accurate settlements, and reliable data flow in the Polish energy market. - Analyze current processes, validate and test new solutions, and oversee their implementation. - Drive process improvements and resolve complex operational and data-related challenges. - Develop and enhance automation for workflows, data handling, and operational processing.
