Functional Lead (Banking / Asset Management Back Office Transformation) – German C1+

Wymagania: - German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory). - 10+ years of experience in Banking or Asset Management Back Office operations. - Strong knowledge of areas such as Static Data, Transaction Management, Settlements, and Reporting. - Proven experience in a leadership role within transformation or change programs. - Demonstrated experience working closely with Technology / IT teams on transformation initiatives. - Willingness to travel to Munich twice per month for 3 days. Mile widziane: - Experience in Functional Analysis. - Technical background or strong understanding of technology architectures. Zakres obowiązków: - Act as the Functional Lead within a Banking or Asset Management Back Office Transformation Program. - Lead and coordinate functional workstreams across the transformation initiative. - Provide deep domain expertise in Back Office operations including Static Data, Transaction Management, Settlements, and Reporting. - Collaborate closely with Technology teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions. - Support program governance, planning, and delivery across multiple stakeholders. - Facilitate communication between business, operations, and IT teams to ensure effective implementation of target operating models. - Contribute to solution design, functional specifications, and implementation oversight.
