The Project Portfolio Management Data & Reporting team is responsible for developing, setting up, rolling out, maintaining, and changing the Global PPM Asset for the management of IT Demand and Project Portfolios. The team, amongst others, ensures assisting and supporting integration with other systems according to the TOM Architecture/Business & Application Model.​ How you will get the job done - owning and steering the functional roadmap and strategic evolution of the Group-wide Clarity PPM platform - leading cross-entity harmonisation of structures, processes, objects, taxonomies, and reporting models - ensuring integration and data integrity of project, portfolio, resource, and financial information across all Group units - serving as senior functional interface for Clarity PPM with Group IT, PMOs, Finance, HR, and transformation teams - driving functional design for enhancements, integrations, data models, and system simplification - facilitating requirement circles and alignment with senior stakeholders - defining and governing platform standards, templates, guidelines, and functional policies - managing vendor collaboration for functional improvements and ensuring SLA quality - promoting user-centric design, lifecycle optimization, and continuous improvement - providing expert guidance and knowledge enablement to regional and global Clarity users
