Nasze wymagania: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Deep understanding of Record to Report (General Ledger) and Procure to Pay processes Exposure to or hands on experience with Electronic Invoicing solutions and regulatory requirements Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally within finance environments Proven ability to act as a Product Owner / Key User, translating business needs into system requirements Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization based on business value Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior finance and IT leaders Solid understanding of systems integration, change management, and release management Analytical mindset with the ability to build business cases and drive continuous improvement Excellent communication skills and the ability to support user adoption and training Zakres obowiązków: Own the business vision, roadmap, and priorities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering General Ledger (RtR), Procure to Pay (PtP), and Electronic Invoicing. Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external partners, translating business needs into actionable system requirements. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, regulatory requirements, stakeholder input, and resource availability. Lead product ownership activities, including backlog management, release planning, testing, and adoption of system upgrades. Oversee end to end finance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and developing business cases for enhancements. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize disruption to financial operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal governance requirements related to finance systems. Coordinate system changes with IT in line with sourcing, governance, and change management policies. Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing guidance.
