O projekcie: Atos is seeking an experienced technology leader to head the Smart Platform Technologies organization — a 300‑expert global team driving SAP, ServiceNow and Salesforce services. The role includes full strategic, operational and financial accountability, with significant influence on Atos’ enterprise software direction. You will lead a multinational practice, drive transformation across cloud, automation, integration, data, AI/ML and IoT, and strengthen delivery excellence and competitiveness by turning vision into measurable business outcomes. Zakres obowiązków: Define and execute the development strategy for the ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce practices in alignment with Atos’ business goals. Collaborate closely with sales teams to plan and execute the pipeline and prepare customer proposals. Work with other Atos business units in a multinational, matrixed environment. Develop team structures, competencies, and the managerial capability within the practices. Drive financial performance across revenue, margin, profitability, and resource utilization. Oversee project delivery quality and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Manage relationships with technology partners (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce), ensuring compliance with partner program requirements and maintaining partnership statuses. Define and execute strategies across supporting domains: cloud, automation, integration, data, AI/ML, and IoT. Build a competitive services portfolio, including new offerings, IP development, and competency roadmaps. Coshape the direction of Atos’ enterprise software strategy at the regional and global level.
