HR Operations Analyst / Lifecycle Specialist (German)
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Analyst / Lifecycle Specialist with fluent German and English to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes within a global organization.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality HR operational services, manage employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR data accuracy, and collaborate with employees, managers, payroll, and HR teams to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
You'll also contribute to process improvements, HR reporting, and the optimization of HR service delivery while working in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Coordinate HR activities with employees, managers, payroll, and HR teams.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation in line with internal policies and local regulations.
• Provide day-to-day support regarding HR policies and employee lifecycle processes.
HR Operations
• Deliver HR operational services in line with defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle employee requests through HR service channels.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.
• Escalate operational risks where appropriate.
HR Systems & Data
• Maintain employee records within HR systems.
• Process employee data changes.
• Support HRIS administration and testing.
• Perform data quality reviews and audits.
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare HR reports and operational metrics.
• Analyze HR data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support management reporting and audits.
Requirements
•

4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Lifecycle Management or HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HR or similar HR systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international or global organizations.
• Fluent German (C1+) and English.

• Power BI.
• Experience in HR process improvement initiatives.
• Shared Services / GBS experience.
