Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst (with French)

Nasze wymagania: Very good verbal and written French language (C1 level or higher) and English at a communicative level (B2 level or higher) Customer support experience and customer-focused attitude Very good IT knowledge: especially about ServiceNow- proficient level, and Linux- at least intermediate level Good interpersonal and communication skills Experience Infrastructure Monitoring or IT Support area and in dispatching of tickets, providing training for new joiners and reporting O projekcie: You will be responsible for keeping a close watch on all key IT systems, carrying out routine checks, and reacting swiftly to any alerts and incidents. The role includes also handling initial troubleshooting for infrastructure issues.
