Integration Coordinator

Nasze wymagania: Technical Mindset: Practical experience (even at a foundational level) with applications communicating via REST API and operating within Azure environments. Tooling: Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking and planning. Proactive Approach: Ability to analyze issues and provide partial or full solutions instead of just managing the workflow. Communication: Excellent English skills (written and verbal) to effectively manage communication with international stakeholders. Availability: Must be able to work the required US Eastern Time slot (8 AM - 3 PM). Knowledge of Polish. O projekcie: This project focuses on the global expansion of the Sightline Global platform, serving as a centralized hub for integrated tax technology applications. The role is centered on streamlining the onboarding process and ensuring seamless REST API communication between diverse internal systems and the core platform. Zakres obowiązków: Onboarding & Intake: Facilitate the integration process for new applications, including request evaluation, design reviews, approvals, and technical setup/registration. Backlog Management: Maintain the backlog of active and planned integrations within Azure DevOps (ADO), including status tracking and risk monitoring. Technical Troubleshooting: Facilitate bug triage for integration-related issues. You are expected to actively help resolve problems (or investigate their root cause) rather than just delegating tasks. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal global teams via email and Microsoft Teams regarding integration issues and upcoming system changes. Knowledge Management: Maintain the Integrations Knowledge Base and publish the monthly technical newsletter for stakeholders.
