Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 times in the office/month) As a Mid-Level IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the online banking sector committed to advancing digital platforms and internal systems to support complex financial operations. In this role, you will focus on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of IT solutions across critical banking systems. You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design specifications, support testing activities, and ensure smooth releases in a fast-paced environment dedicated to financial innovation.
