Opis stanowiska

O projekcie: We’re looking for a Business & System Analyst who can bridge business goals with technical delivery in a cashback platform project (including payment integrations). This is a high-ownership role: from clarifying business outcomes and writing requirements, through supporting developers during delivery, to participating in testing and coordinating the production rollout. Wymagania: - Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business goals into clear IT requirements. - Experience in mobile projects or mobile implementations (release specifics, dependencies, constraints). - Understanding of microservices architecture and integrations (APIs, data flows, service dependencies). - Practical troubleshooting/tooling skills: - SQL (basic queries, data validation), - ability to review and interpret logs, - Postman (calling services, validating responses). - Strong communication skills and confidence working at the business–IT interface in a dynamic environment. Nice to have - Experience with cashback, loyalty/benefits programmes (e.g., Sodexo, Benefit Systems, etc.) or banking projects. - Experience with payment integrations (e.g., BLIK, PSP / Polish Payment Standard, other banks, payment partners). - Familiarity with modelling/architecture tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect or similar). Codzienne zadania: - Gather and refine business needs (what the business wants to achieve and how success will be measured). - Document requirements as user stories, acceptance criteria, and scenarios. - Work closely with the development team: discuss requirements, answer questions, and align details with the business throughout delivery. - Participate in testing: support QA, validate solutions against requirements, and help analyse defects. - Coordinate post-release activities (production rollout): monitoring, quick clarifications, closing open topics—acting as a product owner/coordinator within your scope. - Analyse processes and integrations in a microservices architecture, especially integrations with external systems.
