O projekcie: Offer: - Private medical care - Co-financing for the sports card - Constant support of dedicated consultant - Employee referral program Wymagania: - 2–5 years of experience in a similar role involving collaboration with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line of Defence (LoD) functions and business stakeholders - Good understanding of Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks and processes - Experience with risk and controls management methodologies, including identifying and documenting controls for operational risks - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, preferably within the financial sector - Experience with operational controls and testing frameworks - Hands-on experience preparing project documentation, presentations, and delivery materials - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate inputs from multiple teams and stakeholders - Very good command of English (oral and written) Nice to have: - Experience with failover and backup restoration testing within business continuity or resilience programs Codzienne zadania: - Collaborate with business and technology teams to define, map, and document operational controls required by internal and external auditors - Review and support improvements to the Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) testing framework, ensuring operational controls are properly established - Implement and integrate operational controls in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory expectations - Identify and document relevant internal policies, regulatory guidelines (e.g., EBA), and compliance requirements - Maintain and continuously update control documentation as the project evolves - Support risk management and business continuity teams in implementing and monitoring operational controls - Monitor control effectiveness and prepare reporting and documentation for stakeholders - Assist the project delivery lead with control documentation and project materials - Track open actions, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely coordination and updates across stakeholders
