IT Analyst Expert

Summary: The IT Analyst Expert role is essential for supporting data-related tasks within a crucial project team. This position aims to enhance stakeholder engagement and optimize data processing and analysis, ensuring the project achieves its strategic goals. What we offer: • Hybrid Role (2 days office/ 3 days remote)- Gdańsk/ Gdynia/ Warszawa • B2B Contract • Big International project • Budget: 140-160 zł/h Main Responsibilities: • Engage with stakeholders to gather data and identify sources. • Organize workshops and create necessary materials for discussions. • Facilitate solution development in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). • Assist in building cost assessments. • Support reporting to stakeholders with findings. • Collect and clean data from various systems and third-party sources. • Conduct exploratory analysis to discover patterns and trends. • Create visualizations and reports, including dashboards and charts, using tools like Excel and PowerPoint. • Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights. Key Requirements: • In-depth IT knowledge covering software, hardware, networking, and security. • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information across all levels. • Strong attention to detail with rapid technical issue resolution abilities. • Collaborative team working experience across diverse departments. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows platforms. Nice to Have: • Understanding of business continuity management. • Experience with data visualization tools. • Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques.
