IT Analyst – Financial Technology Platform

Nasze wymagania:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst, preferably within the financial industry, large e-commerce, or electronic/mobile channels.
Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN modeling techniques.
Proficiency in using at least one CASE tool (preferably Enterprise Architect).
Good command of English (B2 level) and Polish language skills.
Solid SQL knowledge enabling data and log analysis for system maintenance and development.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan tasks effectively within project timelines.

Mile widziane:
Experience with cloud services, especially Azure.
Familiarity with modern design patterns.
Knowledge of OpenAPI specifications and service definition.
Understanding of UX/UI principles.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
Independence in task execution and Agile working experience (Kanban, Scrum).

Warszawa-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office, 4 days remote).

Zakres obowiązków:
Analyze requirements submitted by various business units (product, customer engagement, sales, marketing, customer support, operations) and support users during the definition phase.
Develop functional and system solutions through detailed conceptualization, including designing system processes, integrations, domain models, data models, and business rules.
Participate in technical design activities, focusing on integrating frontend (mobile/web) processes with backend (microservices).
Address security and performance considerations for enterprise-level solutions delivered to financial institutions.
Support users during testing phases and coordinate the deployment process to ensure seamless implementation.
Foster continuous development of business-driven solutions and system architecture improvements through in-house development.
