IT Business Analyst

Nasze wymagania: University degree (preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science in Economics, IT, or related economic/technical fields) 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role Strong focus on quality of work and attention to detail Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to assess situations and solve problems independently Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps or similar workflow automation solutions Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, DevOps) Interest in modern technologies, including AI and process automation Advanced knowledge of MS Office English – at least B2 (working proficiency) Polish – at least C2 (working proficiency) O projekcie: The IT Software Engineering team is responsible for building solutions that support employees of KPMG in Poland and the CEE region.
