Nasze wymagania: We’re looking for someone who: • has solid experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development or complex IT projects • can independently gather requirements, lead workshops, and work directly with Customers and stakeholders • understands how to turn complex or chaotic business expectations into structured, actionable requirements • understands customer experience and can connect business needs, processes, and technology into practical solutions • feels comfortable working closely with both business and technical teams • can prepare business and functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and wireframes/mock-ups • understands software delivery processes • communicates fluently in Polish and English • is analytical, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented • is open to working in a smaller, non-corporate environment where ownership and initiative actually matter Mile widziane: We’ll also appreciate if you: • have experience working with enterprise, telco, banking, or financial sector clients • have supported workshops, pre-sales activities, or solution proposals • understand customer journeys and customer interaction processes O projekcie: Right now, we’re looking for someone who can truly understand the client, ask the right questions, bring structure to chaos, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. If you’re looking for a smaller company where your voice matters, ownership is real, and your work has a visible impact on projects and client relationships - we should probably talk :) Zakres obowiązków: Gather information about customer needs, business goals, processes, and customer experience expectations. Understand the Customer’s business context and identify both business and user pain points. Translate complex and sometimes chaotic business expectations into clear, structured, and actionable requirements. Propose solutions, define project scope, and align recommendations with both business objectives and customer experience goals. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, process descriptions, and functional specifications. Prepare visualizations of proposed solutions (wireframes, mock-ups, process flows). Support the Customer and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle and help bridge communication between the business and technology teams. Collaborate with the QA team in quality verification, test case preparation, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business and customer expectations.
