We value a BA who goes beyond simply documenting requirements - someone who can ask the right questions, identify missing information, spot dependencies, and help the team arrive at the right solution.
You don't need to be a developer, but you should understand how software is developed, be comfortable navigating technical topics, and communicate effectively with developers and other technical stakeholders.

Wymagania:
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / System Analyst in a software house - Experience working on IT projects and software development - Good understanding of application architecture and the software development lifecycle - Experience working with an existing product or system - Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure and organize complex information - Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements - Practical knowledge of User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases - Good understanding of Agile / Scrum - Ability to work effectively with technical teams - Ability to create and interpret process diagrams, e.g. BPMN / UML- Very good command of English - min. B2/C1
Nice to have:
- Experience with Jira and Confluence - Basic SQL knowledge - Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations - Experience working with international clients - Familiarity with tools such as Miro, FigJam, or draw.io
