IT Business Analyst (GenAI & Platform Integrations)

Nasze wymagania: Experience as a Business Analyst in digital product or platform projects Strong requirement gathering, process mapping and documentation skills Basic understanding of GenAI, LLMs, image generation and RAG concepts Experience with API integrations, middleware or cloud platforms Ability to work with technical teams and understand API documentation Experience with market rollouts, UAT and stakeholder coordination Good knowledge of Agile, Jira and Confluence O projekcie: We are looking for a Business Analyst with a technical mindset to support GenAI features, platform integrations, and digital product rollouts in an international FMCG environment. Zakres obowiązków: Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements Support GenAI use cases such as content automation, chat assistants and semantic search Define requirements for AI outputs, guardrails, data privacy and brand safety Map API integrations between digital products and platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Vertex AI or Azure OpenAI Coordinate rollouts across multiple markets, including localization and UAT Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, architecture and business teams Manage backlog and support agile delivery in Jira or Azure DevOps Oferujemy: Work on global digital and GenAI projects International FMCG environment Exposure to AI, cloud and platform integration initiatives Close cooperation with business, UX and engineering teams
