This role plays a key part in translating business needs into clear, high‑quality requirements and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with global IT teams and vendor partners. Zakres obowiązków: Lead end‑to‑end business analysis and requirements management Translate complex needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders Support multiple projects simultaneously and guide vendor Business Analysts Participate in UAT planning, solution validation, and functional acceptance Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, including SAP, MuleSoft, eCommerce platforms, Conga, and related systems Ability to assess impacts, validate data flows, and challenge solution designs
