IT Business Analyst with card systems experience

Nasze wymagania: Minimum two years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role on projects delivered for financial institutions, preferably within cards or payments. Practical experience with card systems or card processing platforms (issuing or acquiring). Domain knowledge of cards, payments and acquiring/issuing processes. Strong understanding of card scheme processes such as authorization, clearing, settlement and chargebacks. Familiarity with card network rules and messaging standards (for example Visa, Mastercard, ISO 8583). Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements related to cards and payments. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience supporting projects through delivery phases. Ability to gather, structure and prioritise business and technical requirements and to prepare detailed specifications for multi-stakeholder teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken. O projekcie: We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with card systems to support projects for financial institutions. The person in this role will prepare business and system specifications, support system integrations, contribute to testing activities (SIT/UAT), and serve as a subject matter expert for card-related processes and platforms. The role requires close cooperation with business stakeholders, compliance teams and IT departments across the project lifecycle. Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) is required. Zakres obowiązków: Prepare clear and detailed business and technical specifications for card and payment system changes. Support the integration of banking and card processing systems, including requirements clarification and solution validation. Participate in and support system and business testing activities (SIT and UAT), including test design, execution support and defect triage. Act as a subject matter expert for card products and card processing platforms (issuing and/or acquiring), advising both business and technical teams. Cooperate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and compliance specialists throughout analysis, implementation and testing phases. Conduct analyses of functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into actionable specifications. Support the interpretation and application of card scheme rules and network standards during project delivery.
