Opis stanowiska
We are looking for an organized and proactive IT Compliance Coordinator to help maintain compliance documentation, support audit readiness, and coordinate compliance initiatives. You will work closely with IT, Security, and Legal functions to make sure controls are operating effectively and documentation is complete, accurate, and audit‑ready.The IT Compliance team ensures that IT activities comply with internal policies and procedures, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.Our IT Department, which is based in Wiener Neustadt, is part of an international Fintech company which provides short and long-term consumer loans in 5 countries within and outside of Europe. With our own platform and websites, we provide an entirely digital lending process so we can guarantee a cashflow to the consumer within only a couple of minutes. Job title description: • Maintain central compliance documentation (policies, procedures, registers) and ensure timely updates • Support internal and external audits by gathering evidence and explaining IT controls • Review systems, processes, and products for compliance violations and oversee remediation efforts • Coordinate and deliver compliance training to employees in collaboration with HR • Assist with process improvements within IT Compliance Requirements: • Experience (or internship exposure) in IT compliance, audit support, governance, or related administrative coordination • Basic understanding of IT governance principles and control frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) • Strong organizational and communication skills - comfortable coordinating input from multiple stakeholders • Attention to detail; capable of maintaining accurate registers and audit documentation • Professional curiosity and integrity - you want to understand processes, not just tick boxes • Fluency in English (communication with an international team) We offer: • Remote work - up to 100% remote, or hybrid, if possible, up to you • Flexible working hours - only need to cover core working hours with the team • 34 hours working week - have more time for you and your hobbies at a competitive full time salary • Strong growth and learning opportunities - badge system
