Nasze wymagania: At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP MM‑PUR, including SPRO customizations and preparation of Functional Design specifications for ABAP development Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively in global, cross‑functional environments Experience working on digital transformation projects within the procurement area Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Fluency in English (spoken and written) Mile widziane: Experience with Coupa platform Exposure to integration technologies such as EDI and APIs Experience working with the ServiceNow platform Understanding of supply chain and intercompany processes Familiarity with product‑centric ways of working O projekcie: The ambition of Danone IT&Data Operations, Research & Innovation, and Quality and Food Safety is to drive customer centricity, business relevance, and value creation across the organization. In this context, we are seeking a professional who has a strong functional understanding of the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay process, combined with the ability to understand and represent business users’ needs. The role will support the Product Team in maximizing value creation through the effective delivery of the digital project and product roadmap. We are currently looking for a Product Analyst – Cycles & Procurement, based in Warsaw, Poland. You will join a dynamic, international team that plays a key role in the transformation of business processes and the organization. As part of this team, you will contribute to process optimization and harmonization initiatives, feasibility studies, and end‑to‑end project delivery, including the deployment of Danone IT&Data Code Model solutions. Zakres obowiązków: Manage and actively contribute to procurement‑related projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery Drive implementations and global roll‑outs of procurement systems and platforms, including SAP and the Coupa BSM platform Partner closely with the Product Owner to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements within the Source‑to‑Pay product backlog Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications for development and integration teams Support the Product Owner in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may impact product delivery or adoption Proactively collect feedback from business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Act as a key liaison between procurement business teams, IT, and external partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, roadmap, and delivery Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and training activities to support change management and drive adoption of new tools and processes Support effective stakeholder communication by ensuring a strong understanding of business needs, constraints, and expectations Ensure solutions comply with data governance, security, and internal control standards Oferujemy: A revolutionary job that will be part of the digital transformation of global FMCG leader.
