IT Project Manager/Business Partner (k/m/n)

Nasze wymagania:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or acomparable qualification
Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as an ITBusiness Partner, IT Project Manager or Business Analyst
Fluent written and spoken English and at least one of Czech, Polish, or Slovak are mandatory. German language skills are an advantage.
Broad knowledge of current technologies and digitalisation trends, with the ability to identify their potential business value
Practical experience with common AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparablegenerative AI assistants, and the ability to use them responsibly in daily work
Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder-management skills, combined with astructured and solution-oriented approach
Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively withstakeholders from the shop floor to C-suite level
A client-focused, proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Willingness to travel regularly within the region and, where required, internationally
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet is anadvantage; PRINCE2 certification is a plus

Zakres obowiązków:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, understand their requirements andtranslate business needs into scalable, value-adding IT solutions
Identify opportunities for digitalisation and guide new demands from initial concept throughprioritisation and approval to successful implementation
Coordinate internal teams, external service providers and vendors to deliver IT projects ontime, within scope and within budget
Define project objectives, scope, resources and schedules in close collaboration with allrelevant business and IT stakeholders
Develop and maintain project plans and documentation, monitor progress and performance,and provide transparent status reporting
Manage project risks, dependencies and changes to scope, schedule and costs, escalatingissues where necessary
Align IT services and investments with business priorities while continuously improvingservice quality and measurable business value
Keep stakeholders informed about project delivery, service performance, innovations andemerging technologies
Contribute ideas on digital trends and responsible AI use that improve processes and the waywe work
Maintain regular on-site contact with our locations in the region and support internationalprojects beyond your assigned Business Partner scope
Facilitate demand management, prioritisation and alignment of business requirements withinthe Group IT portfolio.
Ensure that technology initiatives and IT investments deliver measurable business value andsupport strategic objectives.
