Junior Business Analyst

Nasze wymagania: Fluency in spoken and written English is a must. Analytical skills, the ability to compile requirements and look for solutions. Good understanding of business analysis principles Good communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Fluent knowledge of software: Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point). Ability to work independently on assigned tasks Openness to learning about applications technology. Ability to work in an international team, communication skills. Organizational or Project management skills appreciated. Experience in Requirements Analysis will be an asset. 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis or related field. O projekcie: Early career role using core BA skills. Works with increasing autonomy to deliver defined tasks and contribute to project components. Defines the intermediate tasks necessary to achieve the assigned task. Deliver process mappings, testing and training on the assigned subject. Resolving basic problems seamlessly. Help with coordination of a small project. Zakres obowiązków: • Tool& Apps: - Understands application dependencies after onboarding; - Manual testing of delivered functionalities; - Coordinates with IT on solutions to meet the functional requirements; - Maintains tools, assists users, solves functional problems; - Develops and delivers basic training • Project Coordination: - Manages small projects or workstreams; - Animates deployment meetings, - Defines deployment plan, - Develops user manuals; - Monitoring the timely resolution of reported issues • Business Analysis: - Conducts requirements elicitation; - Facilitates communication; - performs gap analysis Oferujemy: Employment contract Opportunities for professional development within a large, international organization Daily work in an international environment Attractive salary, commensurate with skills and experience
