O projekcie: We are looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our fintech team and support one of our international clients in the FinTech sector – a leading global provider of regulatory and client lifecycle management platforms for the financial industry. This role is a great opportunity for someone who would like to start or develop their career at the intersection of finance and technology. You will have the chance to learn how business and regulatory requirements are translated into system solutions, while gaining hands-on experience with a modern compliance platform used by global financial organizations. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and experienced specialists who will support your growth and help you build your skills in business analysis and system configuration. This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with on-site work in our Wrocław office. IN SHORT: 🌎 Hybrid work 💰 35-45 PLN/h ☑️ B2B contract Wymagania: The Essentials We're Seeking - Interest in finance, technology, or FinTech. - Analytical thinking and willingness to learn. - Good communication skills and eagerness to work with different stakeholders. - Very good command of English (C1 level), both verbal and written, for daily communication with international stakeholders. - Basic understanding of business processes or systems (can be gained through studies, internships, or personal projects). - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. Nice to haves - Educational background in Economics, Finance, IT, or related fields. - Basic knowledge of banking, fintech, or financial services. - Interest in areas like AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or KYC (Know Your Customer). - Any experience (internship, projects) related to business analysis or systems. - Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools. Codzienne zadania: - Support gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements. - Learn how to work with and configure a FinTech platform used by global financial organizations. - Translate regulatory and business requirements into system configuration specifications. - Collaborate with clients to understand their processes (e.g. onboarding, compliance). - Support testing activities (including UAT) and system changes. - Help identify opportunities for process improvements. - Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Work closely with both technical and business teams. - Work in a hybrid setup – at least 2 days per week in the office.
