Junior SAP MDG Consultant (German-speaking)

Wymagania: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related​​ - Fluent written and spoken English & German ​ - First knowledge of SAP MDG; additional knowledge of SAP modules will be an asset​ (especially SD)​ - SAP ERP know-how of the use of master data in business processes - Basic knowledge of interface technology ALE and ESR(SoA) for specification, monitoring and error analysis (for master data distribution) - Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills​​ - Strong service thinking skills and service orientation​​ - Flexibility and good interpersonal skills​​ - Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details O firmie: - The motto "Where Technology meets Business" makes it clear what the RealCore Group stands for as a consulting company. Zakres obowiązków: - Support of the application management service (AMS) organization for incident management and processing of service/change requests arising from the customers - Support of Master Data work packages - Coordination of Master Data activities in Rollouts and Migrations - Configuration and customizing of the SAP MDG system - Coordination and execution of tests - Continuous knowledge transfer towards AMS organization regarding new enhancements - Support application maintenance for MDG level 2/3 - Potential support involvement in other SAP modules (like SD) - Evaluate Incidents tickets, Service Orders, analyze errors and root causes, execute bug fixing, stabilize system - Support Business Tests - Maintaining documentation - knowledge base - Ensuring compliance with internal processes, audit support
