Junior Selectors & Configurators Analyst (CPQ, CAD, Product Configuration)

Nasze wymagania: Student or graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, IT, Systems Engineering or another related technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or similar) Strong analytical and logical thinking skills Structured and detail-oriented approach to problem solving Basic understanding of technical products, engineering concepts or product structures Good Excel skills and confidence working with structured data Interest in configuration systems, engineering applications, CPQ solutions or digital product tools Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international team Professional working proficiency in English O projekcie: We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Product Developer with strong analytical skills and an interest in engineering systems and product configuration. In this role, you will support the development of our Nederman product configurators (Configit ACE), helping translate product structures and business logic into scalable configuration models. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient product selection processes. You will be part of the Product Lifecycle Team within Global Group IT, collaborating in an international environment. Zakres obowiązków: Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Product Owner Translate product structures, engineering rules, and business requirements into configuration logic Develop and maintain product models in Configit ACE Support the continuous improvement of product selection and configurator performance Analyze and validate product data, including BOM structures and variants Support global rollout and adoption of configurator solutions Provide end-user support and contribute to the IT Knowledge Base Oferujemy: Employment contract – fixed-term contract for 6 months, part-time possible, minimum availability 3 days per week Comprehensive onboarding and opportunities for continuous development.
