THE WORK: As a Leading Consultant within our SAP HCM practice, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives. You will help shape business solutions that deliver tangible value by translating business needs into technology‑enabled operating models.  In this role, you will:  - Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities aligned with strategic objectives. - Assess current‑state processes and capture high‑level business requirements. - Define business solutions and translate business needs into technology‑enabled designs. - Support transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding key implementation activities. - Act as a subject matter expert, taking responsibility for team decisions and contributing to key delivery outcomes. - Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution. - Create clear and structured documentation to communicate business requirements and solution designs.  - Support change management activities by engaging stakeholders and promoting adoption of new processes and systems.  - Monitor emerging trends and technologies to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business performance. Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
