Logistics Systems Expert (F/M/X)

Nasze wymagania: Higher education and experience working with technical documentation. Strong analytical skills, data management abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and operate in a complex environment. Required practical knowledge and experience in working with ERP and WMS systems. Familiarity with SAP will be considered an additional asset. Programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python, C) and very good command of MS Office tools. Very good command of English (B2/C1 level). Experience in a production environment (preferred). Zakres obowiązków: Independently managing and developing WMS and ERP systems to effectively support logistics and production processes. System configuration and data entry for new products, as well as updating existing configurations across key systems. Analyzing logistics and production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through new tools and IT solutions. Standardizing and analyzing data, monitoring quality and key performance indicators (KPIs) needed for operational decision‑making. Collaborating with local, regional, and global teams, as well as external warehouse partners, to ensure smooth information and data flow. Overseeing system‑related period‑closing activities within logistics and production systems. Participating in the implementation of new systems and evaluating the effectiveness and quality of introduced technological solutions. Acting as a Key User for WMS and ERP systems, providing expert support to users and contributing to the functional development of these tools. Oferujemy: Contract of employment.
