Nasze wymagania: Minimum 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service & Marketing) At least 5 years of project experience and 3+ years in consulting roles Strong experience in requirements gathering, roadmap creation, and backlog management Proven ability to design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions and customizations Experience in documenting business processes and creating functional specifications Practical knowledge of CRM configuration (forms, views, dashboards, workflows) Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders Mile widziane: Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data analysis Experience in the financial services industry O projekcie: Join a project where you’ll shape and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions that directly impact business processes and customer engagement. In this role, you will combine functional expertise with consulting skills to work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions across the organization.
