Mid Business Analyst (start ASAP)

Wymagania: We are looking for team player to fill Mid Business Analyst position in a dynamic international project for the customer from fintech industry. Ideally we are looking for the person that can start right away. - Min 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA - Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Kanban delivery models - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple work streams and keep deliverables on track - Proven ability to create clear, structured documentation (e.g., data dictionaries, mappings, process flows) - Nice to have: experience with AI assistant / AI solution scoping Codzienne zadania: - Documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable technical tasks - Experience with web and mobile applications (Must have) - Managing and maintain Jira/Devops boards for the Engineering team: groom stories, track progress, and coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders - Acting as a liaison between product and engineering to clarify requirements and ensure alignment across teams - Identifying risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in incoming business requirements and proactively resolve them
