A completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Several years of experience in process automation, digitalization, and project management
Extensive experience in the planning and OMP environment is required
In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 COBALT
Excellent communication skills in English
Zakres obowiązków:
Our unit Supply Chain Business Solutions & Processes is responsible for process optimization and the digitalization of supply chain processes for the business management units.
In your new role, you will be responsible for introducing and further developing supply chain processes as well as managing and delivering projects, contributing your cross-functional expertise.
You will conduct training sessions and briefings for employees on new workflows and processes and ensure that all team members are kept up to date.
In addition, you will identify key performance indicators and further develop reporting tools to enhance process efficiency and transparency.
With you on board, we will improve! You will be actively involved in the implementation and leadership of IT projects to successfully deliver technical solutions and improvements.
To ensure a smooth transition, you will support our operational Supply Chain Management units as a key user during organizational, business-related, and personnel changes, as well as during IT adjustments.
Finally, you will create and track business requests and coordinate master data maintenance and authorization management across units to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
