Procurement Technology Analyst

Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of experience in procurement technology systems management or related roles. Experience with major procurement platforms (Coupa preffered) Strong knowledge of procurement processes, system controls (SOx), and release management best practices. Demonstrated experience supporting complex, global technology platforms and troubleshooting technical issues. Proven analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities. Process improvement certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks Fluent English language skills required Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred. In this role, you will manage system configurations for Coupa Source-to-Contract, ensuring optimal performance while maintaining compliance and security standards. You will drive technology enhancements, support release management, and collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to maximize the value of procurement platforms. Zakres obowiązków: Oversee and manage overall system settings, configurations, and maintenance to ensure optimal operation of all procurement technology platforms. Provide advanced technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex systemissues, serving as the subject matter expert and escalation point for system incidents. Analyze system performance metrics, user data, and process flows to identify improvement areas, ensure stability, and maximize user adoption. Recommend, evaluate, and implement technology enhancements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience in procurement processes. Provide oversight for software release cycles, conducting impact assessments and ensuring a seamless delivery of new functionalities and system upgrades.
