Wymagania:
We're looking for you if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in the IT software development field — as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a closely related role- Are comfortable working in agile environments, with solid hands-on experience in Scrum- Have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT project management practices- Are familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar backlog and documentation platforms- Communicate fluently in both Hungarian and English, including in stakeholder-facing settings- Have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field
It's an advantage if you have
- A background as a software developer — understanding code and development challenges from the inside is a real plus- Experience working on international or cross-border projects- Experience with UX/UI concepts or working alongside design teams- Relevant certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, or PMI-PBA
Codzienne zadania:
- Gather, analyze, and document high-level business requirements, functional specifications, and product documentation
- Create and manage user stories, tickets, and the product backlog — ensuring clarity and proper prioritization
- Collaborate closely with development teams: facilitate daily stand-ups, contribute to sprint planning, and support effort estimation and roadmap preparation
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in requirements workshops, review sessions, and steering meetings
- Support prioritization decisions and contribute to product strategy and release planning
