Wymagania: - Completed higher education, - Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level – both spoken and written, - Strong analytical and logical skills: - a. Being able to understand the connection between the product documentation and product behaviour, - b. Identifying defected areas and suggesting potential solutions, - Attention to detail, - Being keen to have an impact on improving team processes, - Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to present complex problems in a simplified way, - Ability to work in collaboration with other units, as well as being able to progress items independently. Zakres obowiązków: - Immediately: - - Supporting Acturis Insurance Products Teams by picking up queries/defects from the clients, - - Verifying product behaviour using product documentation, internal tools and product configuration files, - - Cooperating with Business Analysts, Quality Analysts and Developers to deliver necessary solutions, - - Creating, improving and maintaining test documentation, - - Tracking and documenting of common issues, - - Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in our processes and documentation, - - Being a part of a new, growing team, having impact on its evolution. - Additionally long-term: - - Supporting client projects by picking up defects raised during user acceptance testing, - - Monitoring and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), - - Managing multiple high-volume queues of queries/defects across clients, - - Using AI tools to improve defects investigation.
