Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced System Analyst / IT Analyst to join projects within digital banking, focused on building and improving customer-facing e-banking processes. The role combines strong requirements analysis with designing high-quality technical specifications in an enterprise environment where security, performance, and reliability are key. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams in an Agile setup. Wymagania: - Strong ability to analyse customer needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Solid system analysis skills and structured problem-solving approach. - Understanding of distributed IT architectures. - Strong integration knowledge: REST APIs, microservices, web services, SOA. - Good command of UML and BPMN. - Experience with CASE tools and system modelling. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Swagger, SOAP UI, Postman. - Working knowledge of SQL. Nice to have - Experience designing mobile applications consuming REST services. - Knowledge of modern design patterns. - Familiarity with PlantUML. - Experience designing microservice-based solutions and documenting REST APIs using Swagger / YAML. - Understanding of UX/UI principles. - Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum). - Ability to plan and execute tests independently. Codzienne zadania: - Gather, clarify, and document business requirements, working closely with business stakeholders. - Design and prepare technical specifications for system changes, taking into account security and performance requirements typical for enterprise banking environments. - Design, develop, and improve modern digital processes for customers within e-banking channels. - Work in an Agile setup (Scrum / Agile PM), collaborating with cross-functional teams.
