We connect regulatory expertise with technology, replacing manual processes with scalable, automated solutions Wymagania: Who this role is perfect for - Graduates or early-career professionals in biology / chemistry / food science - People who want to move into data, AI, or tech environments - Detail-oriented and structured thinkers - Curious minds who enjoy combining science + data Must have - Degree or strong background in: - Food Science / Technology - Chemistry - Biology - or related field - Understanding of scientific or regulatory data - Strong attention to detail - Analytical thinking - Good English (working with international materials) This is a science-first role — domain knowledge is essential Nice to have (strong bonus) - Basic or advanced knowledge of Python - Knowledge of SQL and relational databases - Interest or experience in AI / LLM tools - Experience in data structuring, normalization, or validation - Ability to work with different data sources (PDF, Excel, HTML, etc.) - Understanding of data models or data workflows - Experience with automation, scripting, or ETL processes - Familiarity with regulatory databases or compliance tools - Knowledge of global food regulations (EU, US, Codex) These are big advantages, but you can learn them on the job Codzienne zadania: - Work with food, chemical, and biological regulations - Read and interpret regulatory documents (EU, US, etc.) - Transform complex information into structured datasets - Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable - Collaborate with tech teams to improve how data is used in the platform - Gradually learn how data powers automation and compliance systems
