Reporting and Analytics Specialist

Nasze wymagania: Hands‑on experience with BI and analytics tools (preferably Alteryx, Qlik, Cognos Analytics, Power BI and/or Oracle Analytics Server) Working knowledge of SQL (familiarity with other adjacent scripting/programming languages (e.g. Python, Java) as a plus) Experience working with data & analytics platforms (e.g. Dremio, Databricks, Dataiku, etc.) Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data solutions roles Strong ability to analyze business needs and design appropriate analytics solutions Solid understanding of data, reporting, and analytics concepts Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders O projekcie: We are seeking a Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our BI & Enterprise Reporting team. This role is ideal for a skilled analytics enthusiast with experience translating business needs into well‑designed, scalable solutions. You will work closely with business partners, IT developers, and data teams to help shape how information is accessed, analyzed, and delivered across the organization. The Reporting and Analytics Specialist is a critical contributor, helping ensure reporting & analytics solutions are well designed and aligned to business outcomes. Zakres obowiązków: Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and pain points, and translate them into analytics and reporting solutions Contribute to the design and delivery of end‑to‑end analytics solutions, from data access and preparation to reporting and visualization Develop and enhance analytics and reporting solutions using a suite of Data & Analytics tools including but not limited to: Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Cognos Analytics Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other analytical outputs that enable self‑service and informed decision‑making Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in analytics outputs Collaborate with technical teams to improve and maintain our data models, definitions, and solution architectures Assist with project coordination, including scoping analytics efforts, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and communicating status to stakeholders Document solution designs, business logic, and reporting standards to support scalability and reuse Oferujemy: To encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance Contracts for an indefinite period with 3 months’ probation period Private medical care Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
