O projekcie: What we offer: - 100% remote - Private healthcare - Multisport card - Life insurance Wymagania: - 4–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. - Strong background in large-scale, multinational Salesforce implementations. - Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. - Solid experience in requirements gathering, writing user stories, and functional design. - Strong facilitation skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders. - Hands-on experience with UAT coordination and Hypercare activities. - Excellent command of English (daily communication with global teams). Codzienne zadania: - Analyze and document global and local business processes across sales, marketing, and medical/business operations. - Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. - Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and technical teams to shape feasible Salesforce solutions. - Define and validate End-to-End Salesforce processes. - Support localization and adaptation of processes to regulatory and legal constraints in specific markets. - Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including preparation of test cases. - Provide post–go‑live support during Hypercare. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring alignment with global standards. - Work daily with global stakeholders.
