SAP Analyst

Wymagania: - At least 4 years of experience in IT, business systems, or application support roles, preferably involving SAP - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field - Hands on experience working with SAP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment - Understanding of business processes and how they are supported by enterprise systems - Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders - Experience creating documentation, reports, and presentations - Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage tasks or initiatives independently O firmie: - Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centers to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies. Zakres obowiązków: - Analyze business processes and requirements and assess how they are supported within SAP - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities within SAP supported workflows - Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP solutions in line with business needs - Participate in SAP related projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and rollouts - Create functional documentation, specifications, and user guidance related to SAP solutions - Support system testing activities and assist with user acceptance testing where required - Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external partners on SAP related topics - Investigate, analyze, and help resolve SAP system issues to ensure stable day to day operations - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to better leverage SAP functionality - Support change management activities, including user communication and knowledge transfer Oferujemy: - An interesting and challenging job in an experienced and great team - Substantive support in the adaptation process - Participation in international projects and collaboration with high-class specialists - Access to modern technologies - Benefits Package (private medical care, life insurance and benefit card). - Employment contract
