Zakres obowiązków: - Analyze business requirements related to system enhancements. - Assess the impact of proposed changes on NERP configurations and Hybris integrations. - Design solution architecture and system data flows, including interface agreements, to support business needs. - Document requirements, solutions, and processes in JIRA and Confluence. - Provide testing support for the NERP system to Subsidiaries and Hybris teams. - Investigate, triage, and resolve NERP defects identified during SIT, BVT, and warranty support phases.
