Zakres obowiązków: The Junior Analyst SAP FICO role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the global SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day functional support for SAP FI/CO modules, acting as the first point of contact for finance business users. They will coordinate and manage third-level support activities with external SAP service providers, ensuring system stability and adherence to service level agreements. The role involves translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, supporting change requests, and contributing to global SAP rollout projects. Additionally, the Junior Analyst will be responsible for maintaining process documentation, conducting training sessions for key and end users, and collaborating closely with finance, IT, and project teams within an international environment. Occasional travel within the group (up to 20%) may be required.
