SAP Master Data Specialist

Nasze wymagania: Good knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 HANA (preferably in the Master Data environment). Analyze data from multiple sources and provide recommendations to management for improving MD quality across the organization. Represent the MDM domain in projects. Participate in data integration initiatives across multiple platforms. Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support understanding of data standards, data management, and control processes. Fast learner, detail-oriented, and problem solver. Knowledge of SAP Data Architecture. Identify and promptly escalate process gaps, system inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in Master Data. Develop reports/KPIs and provide key insights on the master data domains. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Expertise in data conversion and data mapping. Familiarity and good working experience with SAP Master Data, particularly Materials, BOMs, Master Recipes, Production Versions, etc. At least 3 years’ experience in one of the following areas: Master Data, SAP, Data Analysis. Preferably experience using SAP tools such as Cockpit Migration tool, LSMW, SAP Fiori, scripts. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Basic understanding of Kanban and other project methodologies. Ability to present processes clearly. Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues, and formulate recommendations. Good communication skills in English, both written and oral (additional foreign languages are an advantage). Attention to detail and quality. Zakres obowiązków: High-quality maintenance, analysis, and cleansing of customer, vendor, and employee master data in ERP systems. Manage end-to-end material master data processes in SAP ERP. Create and modify data in SAP via dedicated MD tools or directly within SAP. Drive the Master Data stream in different phases of new and ongoing projects. Be responsible end-to-end for Master Data objects in terms of data analysis, data transformation, and data migration. Focus on process improvement in the area of master data creation and changes by acting as a consultant for key stakeholders. Set the direction for Data Quality and follow up on initiatives improving KPIs. Support other ad hoc change initiatives. Prepare data reports and analyses using SAP ERP, MS Excel, and other internal tools. Closely cooperate with other workstreams: Planning, Production, Marketing, Finance, R&D, IT. Proactively escalate business risks related to Master Data processes and system gaps. Share knowledge on MD standards with peers and local business functions, and provide training as required. Resolve tickets within the agreed SLA.
