Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Document business logic that is currently embedded in systems and "people decisions" • Bring structure to a dynamic, fast-changing environment • Help capture requirements and frameworks for better scoping • Identify process breaks and semi-automated parts of the system   Requirements: • Strong experience in Data Modeling • Proficiency in Data Visualization tools • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics • English proficiency - minimum B2 level • Previous experience working on start-up projects   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
