Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:  -Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data .- Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories, - Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development- Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle- Transfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification, - Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features- Analyses available systems - Supports identification of options for potential solutions - Supports preparation of business cases and feasibility studies - Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management. - Responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellence - Responsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of   business processes - Responsible for coaching Frontex staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process  changes -Collaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements - Identifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains)  - Communicates project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to all stakeholders, in order to better provide rapid   responses to business needs -Quantitatively analyses business processes, performing cost-benefit and what-if analysis - Plans organizational changes process- Implements performance monitoring systems for business processes - Supports business users in developing strategic and tactical plans (e.g. sector strategies, implementation plans etc.) - Supports definition of transition roadmaps for business architectures Requirements: Minimum level of education - ICT relevant: C1Minimum IT relevant professional experience (years): 8 Minimum project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position (years): 5   At least 2 certifications among: • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent • Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority) • Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution • Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,  • Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis, • Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.) • Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others • Presents excellent analytical and communication skills • Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively • Presents problem solving skills • Mastery of Sharepoint and Sharepoint platform-specific tools • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, requirements and user stories • Exceptional collaborative skills • Versatility in technologies and platforms
