Senior Business Analyst

We seek a Senior Business Analyst to join our Central IT Software Engineering team in Warsaw, responsible for eliciting business requirements, aligning stakeholders, and supporting solution design. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to capture, analyse and document requirements with clarity and accuracy. • Act as the liaison between business goals and technical delivery, aligning stakeholder expectations with feasible solutions. • Facilitate workshops and process reviews to identify improvements and contribute to shaping system and process solutions. • Support architects and engineers during design and development, clarifying requirements and ensuring functional alignment. • Improve practices in requirements management, documentation standards and agile delivery through continuous refinement. WHAT YOU BRING • Extensive experience in business analysis and modelling, translating complex needs into clear and actionable specifications. • Strong understanding of software development, systems architecture, APIs and cloud solutions to support technical alignment. • Proven ability to lead workshops, build consensus and manage priorities across diverse stakeholder groups. • Structured, analytical and solution‑focused mindset with strong communication and documentation capabilities. • Fluent English skills; German language skills are considered a plus.
